Refund policy
Our goal is 100% customer service satisfaction. Please review the following return and exchange policies:
1. You must contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or refund.
2. Item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition in order to qualify for exchange or return. When returning a product back to us, please package the item(s) carefully so they will not be damaged in transit.
3. If we shipped you the wrong product we will exchange it, pay for the return shipping and not charge you a restocking fee. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
4. All returns must be shipped with tracking to:

Once shipped, the tracking number must be provided to our customer service department by emailing circlestrips@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
5. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our facility.
Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid (Credit card, PayPal, or check).
